Occasionally, for some products, to help with the complexities of setting up some products, enterprise customers typically purchase an additional onboarding support package (which is not included in the startup plan, but is available for purchase). Products that commonly need additional onboarding support include: Aegis, Custom Tiered Cache, Argo Tunnels for Load Balancers, Magic Transit (adding and removing subnets), BYOIP / static IP, Dedicated Gateway IP, FedRAMP Setup.

What is Cloudflare for Startups: Hatch?
By joining DigitalOcean’s Hatch program we want to give developers the autonomy to scale their start-ups without having to worry about high costs associated with scaling their infrastructure.
How can I qualify for this perk?
DigitalOcean partners with accelerators, incubators, VC-backed firms, and all the startups affiliated with them. To qualify, you must be referred from DigitalOcean. For more information, refer to this page.
How do I know if my accelerator, incubator, or VC firm has a relationship with Hatch?

If I am an existing customer, do I qualify for Hatch?
If you currently have an Enterprise account with Cloudflare and dedicated account team, then you do not qualify for this perk.
Can I transfer my Cloudflare plan?
No. The Cloudflare plan for Hatchers is designed to help you scale your infrastructure and it is not transferable nor can be held for activation at a later date.
Can I replace this plan with my current Enterprise subscription?
No, this offer may be used in addition, but not as a replacement to an enterprise subscription.
How does the Cloudflare for Start-ups: Hatch work?
You will be given a fixed enterprise subscription for the year (12-months) starting from the service date of the enterprise subscription agreement.
When will I be able to utilize my Cloudflare Plan (Perk)?
Your Cloudflare plan will be in full effect on the day you sign the enterprise subscription agreement and will be valid for 12-months.
Do I need to adhere to any standard agreements?
Yes, in order to receive the additional perk, you are required to sign an enterprise subscription agreement and adhere to Cloudflare’s Enterprise Terms of Service.

Startup Program Terms
Acceptance into the Startup Program is at the discretion of Cloudflare. The Cloudflare Startup Plan is for a one year subscription and is subject to product-specific usage limitations described on the Cloudflare for Startups page or as otherwise provided by Cloudflare. The Startup Plan may be used in addition, but not in replacement, to an existing Enterprise subscription. You will be required to create a Cloudflare account and your use of our services is subject to cloudflare.com/terms/. The Startup Plan does not include account management, 24/7 Enterprise telephone support, or a service level agreement.
