How does Cloudflare for Teams work?
Cloudflare for Teams brings the power of Cloudflare’s global network to your internal teams and infrastructure. With Teams, you can empower users with secure, fast and seamless access to anything on the Internet - from anywhere, on any device. Cloudflare for Teams plans are available as add-ons to your existing Cloudflare subscription.
I’m a Cloudflare Access customer. Where is my current plan?
Previously, Access subscriptions were tiered at $3 and $5 based on the identity provider sources available in Basic, Premium, and Enterprise. With the new Access standalone subscription and Teams bundles, those distinctions are going away. On September 2, 2020 you can modify your Access subscription to a Teams bundle, or to Access standalone, at $3 per user, per month. If you pay for Access Basic or Access Premium today, you can continue to use your plan at the monthly rate you pay now.
When is my billing date?
You have one billing date across all of your Cloudflare subscriptions. Your billing date is the date you first select a paid plan. For example: If you sign up for the first time on January 10, all future charges will be billed on the 10th of every month.
How can I stay up to date with what’s new with Teams?
We’re constantly enhancing the Teams platform, and will be announcing new capabilities like Remote Browser Isolation and the Teams Client Application later this year. To stay informed on what’s new, we recommend joining the Cloudflare Community and subscribing to the Cloudflare blog.
