Cloudflare, Inc. is on a mission to help build a better Internet. In furtherance of our mission, we have made it possible for internet users to access files located on the Interplanetary File System (IPFS) through our IPFS gateway (Distributed Web Gateway) without the need of downloading software. We have also made it possible for internet users to serve and secure with HTTPS files located on the IPFS from custom human readable domain names.
The Distributed Web Gateway is provided “as-is” and we hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You may access or serve files located on the IPFS through our Distributed Web Gateway at your own discretion and risk. Cloudflare does not monitor, control, vet, host or endorse any of the files located on the IPFS. We have no responsibility for any domain that has chosen to serve files located on the IPFS from a custom human readable domain name and make the Distributed Web Gateway available for the purpose of Internet research.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE DISTRIBUTED WEB GATEWAY, THE IPFS OR ANY FILE ON THE IPFS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Cloudflare is not a website hosting provider, and we cannot remove material from the Internet that is located on the IPFS. If you believe that material located on the IPFS violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify the developers of the IPFS directly. You can also report abuse using our reporting form available here. In appropriate circumstances, we will disable access to the specific IPFS file set forth in your abuse report through our Distributed Web Gateway.
