  • Email us via the address provided in your welcome materials or contact your Cloudflare representative.

Athenian Project provides 24/7/365 support via email and chat as well as and emergency phone support. For technical assistance, troubleshooting, or general questions:

  • For security reasons, Cloudflare support works only with users who manage the domain. Please ensure that all members of your team are added to your Cloudflare account.
  • We never make changes to a customer’s settings but give you instructions on how to make these changes.

Submitting a ticket for non-critical production issues

When escalating a ticket to Cloudflare Support, please provide as many of the following details as possible:

Gather critical details

  • Explicitly specify priority and impact
  • Timestamp (UTC)
  • ZoneName/ZoneID
  • Problem frequency: always, intermittent, not reproducible
  • Steps to reproduce the issue, with actual results vs. expected results

Provide helpful information

  • Site URLs that demonstrate the issue
  • Error messages
  • Screenshots
  • Relevant logs from your origin web server
  • An HAR file captured while demonstrating the issue
