This is a common problem. What is most likely happening is that a subdomain was missed from your DNS zone file. To fix the issue:
1. Go to your DNS settings page (Your websites --> Settings --> DNS settings)
2. Review your subdomains. If one is missing (i.e. www), add it at the bottom of your DNS settings. You can check to see if one is missing by cross-referencing with your previous DNS provider.
3. Press "I'm done entering my DNS records"
If all of your subdomains have been entered and you are still having an issue, contact the CloudFlare team through the 'feedback' button on the right hand side of the site.
